Accessibility statement
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for the marketing site, the signed-in workspace and the document viewer. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by ADA Title II and Section 508 rules for web content. We also test the document reading experience with keyboard-only navigation and automated accessibility checks.
What we do
- Semantic HTML, landmarks, skip links, visible focus and keyboard-operable controls.
- Accessible names, table headers and captions, and status messages announced to assistive technology.
- A structured transcript alongside the PDF, with headings, tables, alt text and reading order.
- Support for forced-colors and reduced-motion preferences.
- Automated axe checks in the test suite on public pages, the viewer, the SDK modal and the admin flows.
- Documented remediation guidance for the PDFs customers publish.
Known limitations
- We do not control the accessibility of the original PDF. The viewer provides an alternative reading path, but the source document may still contain barriers.
- Image-only scans depend on OCR; without a text layer, some content may be incomplete.
- Third-party embeds on a customer’s site are outside our control.
- Automated testing finds many issues but cannot replace testing with screen-reader users.
Feedback and alternative access
If you encounter a barrier, email [email protected] with the page, the document and the assistive technology you used. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to provide an alternative format where needed.
Formal documentation
A VPAT/ACR and a written accessibility conformance report are available on request for procurement and security reviews. The report describes the product as tested, not a guarantee that every customer document is conformant.
